playing with watercolours:
watercolour pencils, biro, poster paints, the wrong kind of paper (went all wrinkly and peeling) a friend once said to me in an art lesson: "the hardest thing to paint must be skin, cos it's all different colours". she was right... but that's what makes it fun  wanted to finish this last year (  ) but it was taking a while and thought i'd polish it off today so technically, this is my first portrait of 2008 and my last portrait of 2007!4-5 hours in total download is possible for details, but not necessary. i hope you like it!  happy new year everyone!! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. ooh no it isn't jessica alba, but i can see what you mean! she's a model in a boots magazine (yay free) so i don't think she's quite that famous
the paper... i even knew how wrong it was for watercolours and i STILL used it! and it went all wrinkly/bally. suppose it adds texture though:LOL:
